Mr. Eavenson is a business and solutions oriented senior executive, and licensed attorney, providing practical legal and business solutions to companies, boards of directors, executives, entrepreneurs and business stakeholders.

He has served as both in-house general counsel to companies in various industries, as well as maintaining a private law practice for over 24 years. Mr. Eavenson provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, development stage companies, and mature companies in the areas of corporate finance, business law, corporate law, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, real estate law, construction law, along with the unique transactional matters related thereto. Mr. Eavenson’s specific industry experience includes real estate development in the United States and the Caribbean, building construction in the United States and the Caribbean, commercial real estate leasing, banking and lending, technology and software, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products and franchising. Mr. Eavenson also assists clients in navigating the regulatory framework of raising capital under Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida and he is also a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Eavenson has served on numerous company boards and committees.
